This recipe is gluten-free, wheat-free and egg-free.
1 cup gluten-free self-raising flour
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
20g butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
caramel sauce
1 1/3 cups water
1/3 firmly packed brown sugar
30g butter
- Preheat oven to 180c/160c fan forced. Grease deep 1lt ovenproof dish
- Combine sifted flour, sugar, bugger and milk in medium bowl. Pour mixture into dish.
- Make caramel sauce. Stir ingredients in small saucepan over medium heat, without boiling, until smooth.
- Pour sauce slowly over back of spoon evenly onto mix in dish. Bake pudding about 50mins. Stand for at least 10mins before serving
