Combine in bowl:
125gms of melted butter
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 cup of gluten free self raising flour (of course you dont have to use gluten-free ingredients)
125gms of gluten free choc chips (more is good too and you can also use white choc chips or use both)

Roll into small balls and pop in 200degree oven for 10mins, cool and EAT
