- Have as many toys as you can at your child's first birthday party!
- Write down all your child's achievements when they happen otherwise you will forget. Another great idea is to write their achievements in their birthday card for the year. Cards your kids would definitely cherish!
- When changing bubs nappy, place the new one under the old nappy before you take it off, saves on washing and/or cleaning.
- At night your baby needs to know night is when you have a long sleep so when getting them up for their nightly feeds keep it as dark as possible and don't talk to them.
- Best way to burp your baby is by just by holding them with your chest firmly into their belly, not patting their back.
- Don't forget the Library, there are books to help with settling ect and there are DVDs and cds for both you and bubs.
